The Wagion Lodge of the Westmoreland-Fayette Council invites all Arrowmen and Cub Scouts of Section NE-4B to:
The Super Mario Brotherhood Weekend
Date: June 14th through 16th, 2013. (June 15th only for Cubclave)
RSVP: Please contact your lodge leadership or local Boy Scout service center for registration information.
Directions to camp: Camp Conestoga is located in Bakersville, PA on Jimtown road, just off of Route 31. If you are driving from the Donegal Turnpike exit, it is just past Hidden Valley Ski Resort and Kooser State Park on the right. If you are driving from the Somerset area, it will be on the left, just past Pioneer Park Campground and the exit sign to 7 Springs Ski Resort. There is a small gas station on route 31 opposite of Jimtown road. For driving directions, please consult this Google Map.
Day Passes: A limited number of day passes will be made available to each lodge for $8 each. This program is intended for lodge members that would like to come up and visit, but will not be camping for the weekend. Each day pass holder will be permitted to participate in all Conclave program on Saturday only. Day pass holders will be provided a patch, and are welcome for lunch only. Due to recent changes in national policy regarding insurance, we must require that all visitors on the camp property during Conclave have a day pass, regardless if you plan to eat lunch.
Cubclave: A special program open to the Cub Scouts (and family) of all our Councils. The Order of the Arrow will host the cubs for a very special day program packed full of exciting activities. Click here for details.
Trading Post: Pre-orders are now closed. If you ordered items with the free freight option, you will be able to pick those things up at the Trading Post during Conclave. The trading post will be operating during most of the weekend through Conclave. Be sure to bring some extra money to buy some special souvenirs. We will have lots of special Conclave only items. But be sure to arrive early, because the hot items sell out fast.
Zip Line: The Camp Conestoga rappelling tower and zip line will be available for participants that want to give it a try during Conclave. Participants will need to sign a Zip-Lining Hold Harmless Agreement. Participants under 18 must also have a parental signature. Please print out a copy and have it signed before you arrive at Conclave.
Medical Form: Every participant must bring a BSA-approved Annual Health and Medical Record. Only parts A and B are required. You can obtain a copy of the form on scouting.org.
Service Lodge: If you are attending as a member of Wagion Lodge #6, please visit this page for special information just for you.
