Hello Wagion,
I hope your week has started well! I hope that you’re excited to get to work at Conestoga Saturday. Through the confusion of the quarantine state being extended I’m very happy to say that we’ll still be able to spend a day at camp this weekend. If you haven’t signed up yet we have plenty of service projects so we’ll need as much help as we can get! The workday will start at 8:00 a.m. for Order of the Arrow members and will end at 5:00 p.m. In my last post I included a link to our registration form so that way we can get a count for our lunch that evening. I will be posting the link again and if you haven’t registered you have until Thursday at 5:00 p.m. to do so (there is no cost for the workday)! If you have registered for the event already there’s no need to register again. When you come to the event please remember to bring a mask, work clothes, and of course your cheerful spirit! As I had mentioned we have a plethora of work projects for this weekend and need as much help as we can get. On the attachment below I have the list of work projects as well as their tools required and needs. The road cleanup that was promoted for the 100th anniversary is not on the list but will need just as much support however! Please come to Health Lodge before starting service to get your temperature checked and to get a wrist band Also, if you have a truck and are willing to bring it up to help hall work equipment/supplies that would be very helpful. We are doing everything we can to build a safe environment to serve our camp and to stay within the rules and regulations that the state and state park have set forward for us to follow. If you would have any other questions or concerns before the event please either comment or reach out to me by using my number: 724-331-4747 or my email at zacharyryanlacombe@gmail.com. I hope to see you there!!
